Great experience from the get go! Terri came out and was very nice and informative. There was no pressure to buy but they had the best prices and lifetime guarantee so i called a week later and went with them.
The windows came in sooner than expected so we were able to move the installation date up. CJ Pate came and put the windows in and did a great job! He made sure to do it correctly and didnt leave window gaps open for very long.
They look great! Highly recommend Window World as a company and CJ Pate, the window installer!

The whole process from deciding which product to choose to the installation was easy and seamless. John did a spectacular job with the installation! Window World of Cape did an outstanding job with our project. They quickly responded to our initial inquiry, and I had Troy at the house within the week. We did siding, facia, soffit, gutters, gutter guards, a new entry door, and seven windows. Their crews were efficient and very competent, attentive to detail, and cleaned up as they went along. The admittedly extensive job was completed in a timely manner with three separate visits, and Linda at the office could not have been more pleasant and responsive. We were extremely satisfied with the service provided, and we think we got great value for our dollar. Would use them again in a heartbeat, but based upon the quality of the work and product, I doubt I will have to . . .
